Conduct Installations, Demonstrations and End-User Trainings for different Histopathology & Cytology instruments.

Provide the customers with required technical support during routine work process.

Full technical support to the customers during the validation process.

Support the customers with all required documents to pass the validation or the accreditation.

Ability to do a trouble shooting support remotely and in the customer’s site.

Ensure proper availability of product support tools.

Conduct proper studies abut customer needs and form customized strategies for each customer in order to close deals.

Initiate knowledge transfer and brainstorming with the team about market trends and devise team strategies to close more deals.

Monitor product performance at client locations.

Coordinate the service team for hardware breakdowns, customer support, and new installations.

Bsc./ Engineering Degree.

Minimum 3-5 years’ Experience in histopathology/Cytology Application and sales field or proven record of success in similar position.

Goal orientated and Realistic.

Communication Proficiency.

Strong presentation skills.
