Serve as a subject matter expert on our surgical product portfolio, including surgical instruments, and equipment.

Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff.

As one of the sales team need to develop and execute strategic plans for product promotion and market penetration.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in surgical technology and competitor products.

Provide training to customers on the safe and effective use of our surgical products.

Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to identify customer needs and contribute to product development and improvement.

Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to represent the company and showcase our surgical products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and regulatory affairs, to support product launches and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as biomedical engineering, life sciences, or a related discipline.

Previous experience as a Product Specialist or in a similar role within the surgical or medical device industry is preferred.

Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, techniques, and equipment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to various stakeholders.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
