Conduct sales surveys for product users, as well as usage, pricing, market data collection & analysis.

Conduct regular follow-ups with all prospective customers to meet their requirements and provide technical support, to achieve customer satisfaction and to obtain new orders.

Understand customer needs and suggest effective solutions & customize solutions that meet client requirements. Form customized strategies for each customer to close the deal.

Address customer concerns promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations at the clients’ sites.

Create new sales leads and develop them into real opportunities.

Meet sales targets by generating new leads and closing deals.

Enter daily activities into the system with proper feedback and sales status.

Initiate knowledge transfer and support to the team for achieving the Business Unit objectives.

Coordinate with back-office support for proper deliveries, installations, technical support, & payment collection.

Provide support to the Projects team during project implementation.

Coordinate with vendors for product specifications, customizations, and team trainings about products features and usage.

Coordinate with the Business Unit Manager and Corporate Management to establish the most realistic sales goals and to ensure targets are achieved.

Provide regular updates to the Business Unit Manager and Corporate Management on the overall performance of the project’s execution, and sales achievement.

Plan, coordinate, and manage new product launch.

Coordinate with the Marketing Team to execute various marketing events.

Bsc./ Engineering Degree- Life Science & Projects

Minimum 3-5 years UAE Experience as Application Specialist for Lab equipment’s for research/life science or proven record of success in similar position.

Goal orientated and Realistic.
