TypeStream Visual NGS Analysis Software 3.0 Key Features
This software update offers new functionality, feature enhancements, and security upgrades:
- Coverage Balance Configuration, which reduces processing time and improves uniformity visualization across exons and introns among the different HLA genes.
- Introduction of the catalog of common, intermediate, and well-documented alleles (CIWD).
- Enhanced security measures related to login credentials and database access.
- Compatibility with Microsoft SQL Server version 2019.
- New functionality for long-read sequencing analysis.

Installation Prerequisites
Version 3.0 is available for download on our website and requires a new full installation. The previous version of TSV should be uninstalled.
